For ten years, I have lived in Germany, and for ten years, I have been exploring the theme of identity and my second self. A self-staging, an intimate confrontation with freedom, love, disappointment, faith, hope, life, and death—a search for myself.

The depiction of the two tables reflects my uncertainty, boredom, expectation, waiting, disinterest, exhaustion, and hopelessness. I draw attention to myself, lost in thoughts of love, disappointment, faith, hope, life, and death.
