Judgment is not a verdict, but a burden. It carries the pretense of being better, wiser, more capable—yet it remains inactive. It does not dare to do what it despises, for within it lies the fear of failure. Instead, it turns away in disgust, avoids, rejects.
Yet this turning away wearies. It hardens. In its shadow, envy grows quietly, gnaws at peace, steals tranquility. The world loses its colors, becomes narrow and dark. Light becomes a foreign concept, love a distant dream. Perception fades—not because it was taken away, but because it was surrendered.
And so, one remains trapped. Not in reality, but in one’s own imagination of it.
