“Who is human? Where is his/her consciousness directed? What does he/she want in this vast world? Everyone has their own responder to this question and every one of them is right, because the world exists inside human itself. In order to feel and grasp that is inside of you, you have to remain who you are, do not lose your origins…You are part of the whole one and you yourself are the whole… you speak and from you flows that what is inside of you… Do not be silence! Do not stop, live! The world is inside of you and you yourself are the whole world, because your name is human!” – Kristine Tusiashvili

The exhibition named “Something that is inside of me…” presents Kristine Tusiashvili’s photo and video artworks created in last years. She is based in Germany but carries Georgian origin, thus she inherits Georgian as well as western cultures. This experience is revealed in her creative world in many interesting ways. The world of Kristine Tusiashvili is colorful, full of empathy, which clearly differs dishonesty and irony from each other. We can say that author shows us deeply intimate aspects of human being and mainly she represents in her work a human, a woman surrounded by emotional environment and things, which constantly are on the line. She touches topics like woman and society, body and sexuality, life and unconsciousness. She provokes question in spectator but also gives hope and encourages them to think and act.
